First Joint Project Spans 15 Industrial Sites Across Europe

At Intersolar Europe, HiTHIUM and Turbo Energy announced the first project from their strategic partnership: a 366 MWh battery storage deployment. It combines HiTHIUM's BESS containers with Turbo Energy's AI optimization platform. The partners call it one of Europe's most advanced software-defined industrial energy ecosystems.
The rollout covers 15 industrial facilities owned by a major European industrial group. So far, 21 HiTHIUM containerized systems have been delivered. Each unit offers 6.25 MWh of capacity, powered by HiTHIUM's 4-hour 1175Ah LFP batteries. For the first time, Turbo Energy's AI software is built directly into the battery containers, allowing adaptive, software-defined operation. The 4-hour duration supports peak shaving and load shifting for energy-intensive industrial users.

Built on a 2025 Strategic Agreement

The two companies signed a strategic deal in 2025 to deliver intelligent, software-defined storage for large-scale C&I projects. Their combined solution lets customers manage both energy hardware and software as one system.

Addressing Industrial Energy Pressures

European industries face rising costs, volatile energy prices, and unstable grids. The integrated BESS, AI, and energy management setup tackles these problems by orchestrating energy assets to boost efficiency and stability.
The 15-site project shows how the partners can deliver fully optimized solar and storage solutions for complex industrial environments. Turbo Energy's software turns HiTHIUM's batteries into intelligent assets that cut exposure to price swings and strengthen operations.

What the Partners Said

Kelson Li, VP of HiTHIUM Europe, said the partnership delivers intelligent storage tailored to Europe's large C&I users. He noted that combining long-duration storage with AI-driven management helps customers build more resilient and efficient energy infrastructure.
Mariano Soria, CEO of Turbo Energy, said the project proves industrial energy is moving beyond hardware. He believes software-defined infrastructure will become a key foundation for industrial electrification in the future.
